[Bug 19080] TrackMania Forever freezes while downloading community content (car skins etc.)

Hi I am able to reproduce this issue with wine-1.7.13, I have attached my
terminal output in Full the problem occurs and then between the lagging or
freezing the following message is seen.

fixme:file:MoveFileWithProgressW MOVEFILE_WRITE_THROUGH unimplemented

Im not sure how to re-open this bug and don't want to log a new/duplicate bug.

This is how i can reproduce the issue.

1.yum install wine

2.WINEPREFIX='/home/trevors/.winetmfresh' WINEARCH='win32' wine 'wineboot'
3.env WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.winetmfresh wine
/home/trevors/Personal/Software/tmnationsforever_setup.exe
4.cd .winetmfresh/drive_c/Program\ Files/TmNationsForever/
5.env WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.winetmfresh wine TmForeverLauncher.exe

The game starts up and works fine in Solo play (ie no content to download)
when joining an online server game freezes for a couple of minutes and then you
are able to play like normal.

Please let me know what other info is needed to get this bug re-opened.
