[Bug 37020] Unable to use DirectX

This applies for all applications that use directx I'm not willing to do a
regression test because its a pain and its too complex for me I want to play
Project64 and ePSXe and i get better performance out of the dx8 plugins. How do
I do a debug again? and its more similar to this bug-
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34238 but they dont want me posting
there anymore and this may be different.
