[Bug 36972] Unigine Valley wine "Fatal error"

This seems to be an common problem with unigine programs:

"Xml::locad(): can't open "C:/Program Files/Unigine/Oil Rush/bin/unigine.cfg"
file
Config::load(): can't open "C:/Program Files/Unigine/Oil Rush/bin/unigine.cfg"
file
Engine::init() can't initialize filesystem"

Oil Rush has the same issue:

workaround is: 
wine launcher_x86.exe -config ../data/launcher/launcher.xml

However, I don't think that this is an error. Starting Unigine Valley using the
Desktop Link works fine. I would guess the executable shouldn't be started
without arguments.
