Confirming. With:
[austin at localhost ~]$ sha1sum HKSetup.exe 
80977e992eb3ff09a204018d657e01b44c3b1a26  HKSetup.exe
[austin at localhost ~]$ du -h HKSetup.exe 
2.4M    HKSetup.exe
[austin at localhost ~]$ wine --version
wine-1.7.24-14-gd1749b5

I declined the HTML-Toolkit installation at the end of the install, then
clicked no to all the updates/etc. on starting the app. Made a new file, then
Edit>Preferences>OK. Access violation occurred.
