The file ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_01_01.exe can be downloaded from
  http://support.creative.com/downloads/download.aspx?nDownloadId=10510

Anyway, I just tried running it with Wine 1.5.30 and got a dialog with error
number -5011. The details reported in the dialog:
Error Code:    -5011 : 0x80020005
Error Information:

Hello folks,

I can't reproduce the installer problem, works fine here.

Installer prerequisite:

'winetricks -q mfc42 wmp10'

For successful startup it additionally needs:

'winetricks -q mdac28 jet40'

$ sha1sum ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_01_01.exe 
3ecf53b3f49fa0b3374e75a4c5e4465ff7e4e562  ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_01_01.exe

$ du -sh ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_01_01.exe 
22M    ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_01_01.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.24-35-g622191f
