Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 open file dialog

Confirming file dialog works in Photoshop CC (2014) on Wine 1.7.24 although it
looks a little sparse (see screenshot). Notice the limited format drop-down box
has a limited selection, this is the also true for the standard save dialog
which prevents the user choosing a suitable file format. 

I'm not sure which version this bug is for (CC or CC 2014) but I cannot
download the old version through the Application Manager any more.
