terminal output

When you start the game with anti-aliasing enabled the screen is showing
garbage and not refreshing when the first intro video is playing. The game
runs, you can hear audio from the intro and the game responds to keyboard/mouse
input but you can't see anything.

Lots of

Anti-aliasing is disabled in the demo by default, open Options.xml in ../data
directory and change the value of 'fullScreenAAType' to anything higher than 0.

The game needs native d3dx9_36 or d3dx9_27 to start.
The game hits bug #32613 unless you install native dxdiagn.dll (not relevant,
as the reported problem occurs before the game crashes with built-in dxdiagn).
