I really don't have a good/strong reason to change it from version Windows XP.
The only reason I did change the version is because the pcsxr 1.9.93 version
was released at the tail end of Windows XP life cycle so I was guessing
development was geared towards Windows 7+ ->

However, I'll both test it with Windows XP version, as well as with the newer
WINE 1.7.32 and see how it goes.

As well, lowered Priority to P5 as this isn't consistently reproducible.
