I just installed MS Jet 4.0 via winetricks with plain wine 1.7.32 and a 32 bit
wineprefix and got the following output:

I am not sure how to test whether the installation succeeded anyway, but I got
files like drive_c/windows/system32/msjet40.dll.

The same message appears when using wine-staging 1.7.32. Since the debug output
provided by Ian differs from the current one, I would suggest to upgrade the
wine version. Moreover you should not report bugs for wine-staging in this bug
tracker and instead use the one specified in the debug output you copied.

@Austin: Are you really sure it was fixed? The output is the same as the one
provided in the initial bug description.
