Patches are not picked up from bugzilla. Please try to submit it as a patch to
the mailing list, see http://wiki.winehq.org/SubmittingPatches for more
information. As your information is based on MSDN (which is also very often
wrong), it probably makes sense to add a test for that, too.

(Just curious, but is this issue related to any real application?)
