Everyone who complains about performance or OpenGL mode, look at the following:

Follow the installation instructions there and your game should work a million
times better.

Make sure that you set processorAffinityMask correctly, 255 for 8 cores, 15 for
quad core, 7 for tri, 3 for dual.

Also make sure to use the start script.
