Requires win7 mode.

err:shell:IShellLinkW_fnQueryInterface -- Interface: E_NOINTERFACE

appears in terminal and and error dialog with the message "Interface not
supported" appears twice during install.

This may be related to its driver failing to load, later, I see:

Files\CodeMeter\Runtime\bin\WibuCmTrigger32.dll'

Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
The explorer process failed to start.
