Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the Windows version in winecfg to Windows 7
2. Install mfc42 with winetricks
3. Download the media creation tool from here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
4. Start the downloaded mediacreationtool.exe
