Hello folks,

confirming. Not a 64-bit issue, removing keyword.

The blacked out toolbar strip might be leftover from transparency bitblits
(mask) with window/control message missing which forces repaint/redraw after
switch.
If you hover the mouse over the toolbar strip buttons they get correctly
redrawn again, now without transparency.
