This behavior can only be observed when exporting JPEG files with embedded ICC
profiles on systems with incorrectly installed ICC profiles. Since DPP
installation can only be performed with workarounds (as of 12/21/2014) chances
are high more users will observe such behavior.

I too think that the bug can be closed as it's not a bug really.
