I have this problem too, but turning off keyboard repeat in X11 will stop the
problem from being noticable. Using to xev to check a running wine instance
will from time to time show that the problem is still there, but it is not
noticable in the running program unless it is the Esc key that gets stuck.

The biggest problem is that sometimes you loose keyboard alltogether.

Personally I started to notice having this problem when Blizzard released
version 6.0.2. I have never had this kind of trouble before that.
