I honestly don't recall if a simple stub worked or not.  Last I played with
this was back in July when I came up with my proposed patch.  I needed to get
work done so I just installed Office2013 into a Win7 VM.

Again, I don't recall at this time, and I don't have my changes in place
anymore.  I do recall that seeing the next issue required getting past this
one.
