math.c can be build, but linking fails.

building e.g.:

math.c: In function 'MSVCRT__j0':

'j0' [enabled by default]

linking:

math.o: In function `MSVCRT__j1':
math.c:(.text+0x1931): undefined reference to `j1'

We use the bessel functions unconditionally.
