It seems that the "File not found" dialog box when exporting to PDF/A is due to
a missing Image Color Matching (ICM) file.

Copying the file 'sRGB Color Space Profile.icm' from Windows
'C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color\' to Wine solves this issue.
