I have the exact same issue.

fixme:file:FindFirstFileExW options not implemented 0x00000000 0x00000002

Causes the search for qwindows.dll to fail. Workds on Windows, not in Wine.
Very important since all distributions of Qt5 application will fail to load in
Wine.
