Hello folks,

refining summary and adding some explanation ;-)

People still seem to use 'winetricks ie6' recipe in attempt to fix something
but in reality making things worse.

Wine's builtin mshtml uses this IE7+ API

IE6 provides an old version of urlmon.dll which doesn't export such API.
