It does not support them. It once had hacky code that made VLC's ddraw renderer
happy, which I used to implement the YUV shader code. I removed this code since
it was poorly designed and in the way. Even with that code in place Wine did
not report the necessary caps.

Note that the lack of overlay support is just a theory. It's in no way certain
that this is the cause.
