i tried to implent some basic KiUserExceptionDispatcher based on this
pseudocode
http://www.microsoft.com/msj/0197/exception/exceptiontextfigs.htm#fig14 however
i hit the same thing as Comment 9, i get kicked out of servers because of
"WinAPI Error #3"
