Unlikely, "(nil), #7f05" corresponds to IDI_WINLOGO (default application icon).

Yes, it's a little complicated though.

Load default cursor.

This is unusual, but it probably corresponds to resource #0000.

Load icon resource ID #0001 from the given module/application.  So, if you open
the application EXE with one of the many icon viewing applications then you
will probably find the cursor embedded in the application.
