I can confirm this too.
System info:
Slackware64 14.1
Kernel 3.10.17
Wine: self-built 1.7.12
ALSA: 1.0.27
PulseAudio: 4.0 (Removing it has no effect)
League of Legends is patched with tuxlol texture patch.
Can provide logs and backtraces if needed.
