Hello folks,

WineSkin is not supported, use plain Wine.
Additionally you appear to have broken host prerequisites:

Anyway, I can't reproduce this with recent Wine version.
The DLNA service/server runs fine (you can check with GUI tool, service
health/status).

$ sha1sum mezzmo-setup.exe 
a477531368e2e78af71aee3ba73d9b052fab493a  mezzmo-setup.exe

$ du -sh mezzmo-setup.exe 
34M    mezzmo-setup.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.13-100-gfcae016
