It's been a while since I've done an update to this, and it's worth noting that
we found out the real source of the problem.  The actual issue here is that the
COPP interface is not implemented and some websites require this interface even
if they don't require HDCP.  We've collected a lot more information about this
issue at https://bugs.launchpad.net/pipelight/+bug/1235918 .
