I have this problem with last comodo dragon (v.31.1.0.0) installed in Wine
1.7.13.
My system is Open SUSE 13.1 x64 KDE.

- In contrary to comment 4, this issue is permanent here (not only the first
time).

- In contrary to AppDB workaround, Dragon can't start here, no matter what
switches I tried from konsole.
