antialiasing for small fonts not convenient

wine 1.4.1 under Ubuntu 13.10

As Marco Case specified - it's font-dependant.
For me:
Times New Roman - font smoothing works starting from size 12
Arial - starting from size 12
Calibri - starting from size 8
Cambria - starting from size 14

Note: antialiasing on smaller fonts is a hell to read =\
so no smoothing looks  much more convenient with current smoothing method.
