Thanks for your effort into testing this!

I suspected that because the installer package has no background image
resources for different screen resolutions.
As already said: the publisher/developer never anticipated people would run the
installer/game with such low desktop resolutions.

I'll resolve this 'invalid' for now unless Andrey provides screenshots from
running the installer with low-res Windows that proves otherwise (move desktop
settings dialog to foreground, showing the current res).
In that case please specify exactly which Windows version (build, sp), desktop
settings and graphics driver used.
