--- Comment #4 from Anastasius Focht <focht at gmx.net> ---
Hello folks,

someone got me the original DVD.
Works fine - there is nothing to fix here.

The file is question is a zero-byte file (by design).

--- snip ---
$ ll /run/media/focht/Crysis\ 2/Support/EA\ Help/en-us/*.glo
-r-xr-xr-x. 1 focht focht 0 Feb 28  2011 /run/media/focht/Crysis 2/Support/EA
Help/en-us/Electronic_Arts_Technical_Support.glo
--- snip ---

Most likely a broken DVD media.
For testing try to manually copy it using 'cp' and see what you get.
Additionally check kernel log with 'dmesg' for any '/dev/sr0' device block i/o
errors.

Tidbit: protection scan says 'Crysis 2' uses 'SolidShield v2' DRM scheme which
works fine with Wine 1.7.9 (media validation and online activation successful)

As Ken said via bug reporting link: DO NOT PASTE huge amounts of terminal
output into the bug - attach it instead!
Such bug reports usually get either outright closed or ignored.
