Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) wine Tagscan.exe
3) for required steps please see the attachment (left side of the image)

Behaviour:
See attachment (right side of the image).

"01 - Old Artist.mp3"
is still in
"~/music/"

Expected behaviour:
No error shown in above attachment and

"01 - Old Artist.mp3"
should be in
"~/music/Londinium/"

Additional info:
1) TagScanner 5.1.645
