When I launch Warcraft III or Frozen Throne (it's extension), I can't move the
mouse more than 2/3 of the screen on both X and Y axis.
Also, my nvidia-settings is totally changed randomly (my 2 screen begin to show
the same image with 2 different resolutions)

There is a workaround : the wine emulated desktop

I get this message :

err:x11settings:X11DRV_ChangeDisplaySettingsEx No matching mode found
800x600x32 @70! (XRandR 1.2)

But my xrandr version is 1.4.1 and my screen support this resolution and above.

nvidia GT 630 with driver 304.117

Tell me if I should add some logs with some specific debug channels
