Disablinging incremental rendering does help, but there's still a shadow of one
frame flickering on the screen. I tried both the Mac and X11 driver, same
issue.
However, if I use X11 and set the resolution to anything higher than the game
requests, it renders ok. I suppose this might be a mac specific issue.
