Since this last post, i've read up on what others were doing on EvE forums.
Making a virtual desktop and running the game in a fixed window helped for me.
So far anyway. Doing so however, i got a distorted background. Like i was
inside a sphere with the background on the outside, also dragging it around
that fixed itself but then i got a point of view like 200-300km out of my
actual ship. Everything eventually went back to normal after a few jumps.
