RLinkToolbox also needs the same function (wine 1.7, Linux Mint 16)

Same bug with wine1.7 on Linux Mint 16 when installing RLinkToolbox (installer
can be found at
http://cdn.sa.services.tomtom.com/static/sa/Windows/InstallRLinkToolbox.exe)
which, as the link says, also comes from Tomtom but is made for Renault RLink
Tablets.
