The binary package hosted by the Wine project doesn't have that dependency. I'm
guessing Fedora built their own binaries (which should theoretically be fine),
and for some reason their mingw linked in libgcc dynamically instead of
statically.

We should try to bring in the maintainer of the wine-mono package in Fedora so
we can agree on a fix and they can update their packages.
