There are no problems on Windows Seven, the game recognized correctly the key
presses with the AZERTY keyboard... ("Z"="Z" and "A"="A" etc...)

I don't understand the problem with the game here ...
On keyboard options in Gnome 3 settings, i have only the French Keyboard...
