Hello folks,

no further response from OP.
The bug was either invalid or upstream anyway: 

* .NET Framework 3.0 prerequisite not installed the preferred way (invalid,
otherwise dupe of already existing .NET 3.x bugs)
* attempt to install .NET with broken winetricks version (upstream)

The bug was reported against v6.0 which is no longer available.
v6.1 (also difficult to find) requires .NET 3.5 SP1.
Resolving 'upstream'.
