OK! It works! I still can not believe it!
Fullscreen + activated Direct3D = No Flicker!

This is my Test-Configuration:

MacBook Pro Mid 2009
8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
Display 1280 x 800
Mac OS X 10.9.1

Engine: WS9Wine1.7.11NoFlicker (by A.Steinel)
Wrapper: Wineskin-2.5.12
Configuration: Default (no winetricks) + "Use Mac Driver instead of X11" in
Screen Options

You can see in the game screenshot the smooth transition between the hidden
world and the visible area. This smooth transition is only visible when
Direct3D is enabled. Look at the other screenshots from the Linux users (right
Here you can see a sharp transition between the fog and the visible world.
Direct3D is off in this case. These players have to give up all graphic effects
like fire, fog and so on.

The people in charge of Wine should reconsider their position. It is possible
to fix this bug, without Apple.
