Hi Roland,

what happens if you don't install windowscodecs?
On my amd64 ubuntu 12.04, I cannot install them and get the following error:

p11-kit: couldn't load module:
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so:
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
fixme:setupapi:pSetupGetGlobalFlags stub
------------------------------------------------------
Note: command 'taskset -c 0 wine wic_x86_enu.exe /passive' returned status 67. 
Aborting.



I am also getting a "Internet Explorer 7 is not supported on this operating
system" when doing the winetricks ie7...

NB: of course I did the winetricks win7 before... :-)
