Wine doesn't provide this dll so you must have gotten this elsewhere.
You have an old, incompatible version of MFC library in the WINEPREFIX.

Don't download/copy this dll from these "dll-files", "dlldump" sites to the
WINEPREFIX if you don't know the version to be used.

Use 'winetricks -q mfc42' to install this prerequisite (might need to remove
the existing version prior).
