gdi32/tests/font.c fails with LANG=de_AT.UTF-8:

font.c:4917: Test failed: Arial: font face names don't match: returned Arial
Fett, expect Arial Bold
font.c:4927: Test failed: Arial: style names don't match: returned Fett, expect
Bold

"Fett" in this context means "Bold" in German.

with LANG=en_US.UTF-8 the test works. (Well, I'm running into bug 36233, but
that's a different story)
