Still present in wine-1.7.22-60-gd734935

I tried Erich Hoover's patches
(https://github.com/compholio/wine-compholio/tree/master/patches/17-strmbase-Lock_Race_Conditions)
but they didn't help.

'winetricks l3codecx' is another workaround to the freezing issue (when using
built-in quartz).
