Please retest with a recent Wine, e.g. 1.7.22
I tested this bug with the demo version as well as the Steam version, and would
say it's fixed: the out-of-sync issue is present in Wine 1.4 for me, but
videos/mission briefings work normally in 1.6/1.7.22.
