Hello folks,

I can't reproduce this, CC v3.19 installs and runs fine here.
Resolving 'fixed'.

$ sha1sum ccsetup319.exe 
2c16cf7af335a0943c5973070050474e2565691b  ccsetup319.exe

$ du -sh ccsetup319.exe 
3.7M    ccsetup319.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.23
