This got fixed by the following patch. It's a simple captcha that's easy to
by-pass but the TestBot is not interesting for spamming so it seems to be
enough:

    testbot/web: Add a simple 'captcha' on the registration page.

    The captcha is in the form of a simple configurable question where the
    answer should be obvious to Wine developers.
