I've got an archived copy, but it's DYMO stamps as well.

With wine-1.7.23-33-gc654b7b, the error reported is 'Unable to connect to
postage transaction server. Check your network and firewall settings.'

still no related terminal output, just:

installing winetricks dotnet20 changes the error to 'This account is not
active'. I tried my old login on their site, which also fails, so that seems
okay.

So it seems the original issue was improved upon, and now it's an mscoree bug.
I filed bug 37010 for that.
