you didn't install necessary prerequisites.

You also need 'winetricks -q jet40' otherwise it complains about missing db
provider.

This can also be found by using a search engine with simply query
"00000514-0000-0010-8000-00aa006d2ea4 wine" - first hit already gives recipes.
