Hello folks,

I found a distributed "backup" to look into this.
The crack/loader works fine here with the game.

Important: you need to start the loader with Japanese locale in an English
environment.

There are Wine bugs with the DRM scheme (SoftDenchi) if the loader is not used
though :)
Since this bug is about the crashing loader, the proper resolution would be
'fixed' (OP used ancient Wine version).
